Your content

Only upload artwork you own or have permission to use. You keep all rights to your images and results. Do not upload illegal content.

Credits and payments

Previews are free. Each person can get one free full-resolution file by email (one per email address and household; we may refuse requests that look like abuse). Free web downloads are low resolution, watermarked and limited per day, and may not be used for printing or resale. Downloading a full-resolution file uses 1 credit per artwork; downloading the same artwork again from the same account is free. Credits are prepaid, do not expire, have no cash value and are non-transferable. Monthly plans add their credits each month on the renewal date, renew automatically until you cancel, and can be cancelled anytime from “Manage plan”; cancelling stops future charges and you keep credits already added. Because credits are delivered instantly, purchases are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise or when a download failed (failed downloads are refunded automatically). If something went wrong, contact us and we will make it right.

No warranty

The tool is provided “as is”. Automatic background removal can make mistakes: always check your file before printing. We are not liable for misprints, wasted materials or other losses from using the results.

Fair use

Automated or bulk use that degrades the service for others may be limited or blocked.
