Privacy Policy

removebackgroundfast.com (“we”) provides a tool that removes backgrounds from artwork. Previews are free; full-resolution downloads use prepaid credits. This policy explains what we collect and why.

Images you upload

Uploaded images are processed in server memory to produce your result. They are not stored on disk, not used to train models, and are automatically deleted one hour after your last activity, or 24 hours after a paid HD download (so you can download it again).

Payments and credits

Credit purchases are processed by Stripe. Your card, Apple Pay or Google Pay details go directly to Stripe and never reach our servers. From Stripe we receive your email address, the amount paid and a payment reference. We keep your email, credit balance, purchase records and a fingerprint (hash) of each artwork you unlocked, so you can re-download it for free and restore credits on another device. We keep purchase records as long as required for tax and accounting.

Email

For free downloads (the free HD file and the low-res web version) we ask for your email. We use it to send you the file, to count free downloads, and, because you agree to it when you request a free file, to send print-prep tips, product updates and offers from our partners (for example suppliers of blanks, inks and printing equipment). Partner offers are sent by us: we never sell, rent or give your email address to partners or anyone else. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. We also email you for things you ask for, such as receipts and credit restore links.

Abuse prevention

To stop bots, we count requests and free downloads per IP address for a short time, and may use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that you are a person.

Cookies and advertising

We use Google AdSense to show ads. Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising at google.com/settings/ads. Your browser also stores a small account token that holds your download credits.
